Ascorbic Acid

Ascorbic Acid is the purest and most widely researched form of Vitamin C.

It is well-known for triggering collagen synthesis, neutralizing free radicals and brightening the skin- fighting hyperpigmentation, blemishes/dark marks, photo-aging and uneven skin tone, among other benefits.

When combined with Ferulic Acid and Vitamin E its efficacy is increased 8 fold. 

Due to its concentrated nature, it becomes unstable when exposed to sunlight. To combat this instability, a Vitamin C Serum must be formulated at a pH of 3.5 or less and packaged to avoid light exposure.

We've added 20.5% Vitamin C (with 20% Ascorbic Acid) to our Vitamin C Serum, formulated it within a pH range of 3.1-3.4, packaged it in an airless pump bottle and combined it with Ferulic Acid, Vitamin E and a host of other skin brightening ingredients (like Licorice Root Extract)!
